Instrument Rental Program

We provide individuals with the opportunity to borrow an instrument for three months for free. This provides many benefits for the musicians in our community. Overall, the program supports aspiring musicians and also contributes positively to the cultural and educational fabric of the community. It's a model that encourages inclusivity, accessibility, and a love for music.

By offering free instrument rentals, our program breaks down financial barriers that may prevent individuals, especially students, from pursuing their interest in music. This is particularly crucial during school breaks when students may not have access to school-provided instruments.

Initiatives like these contribute to building a sense of community around music. They provide an avenue for people of varying financial means to engage with and enjoy music, fostering a more inclusive and diverse musical community.

Participating is easy! Donations don’t have to be money - there are so many ways to participate! Become a volunteer music teacher, donate old instruments, or join the Der Austiner Klezmer Bund!
